Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Crazy Bear Co.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, unworn, with all original tags, packaging, Certificates of Authenticity (if applicable), and proof of purchase.

Please do not return merchandise without first obtaining return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For merchandise valued over $500, returns must be shipped using a fully insured carrier with signature confirmation. The Crazy Bear Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@thecrazybear.com. Please include photographs of the item, the packaging, and any shipping damage so we can promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Ring resizing or altered jewelry

  • Special-order merchandise

  • One-of-a-kind commissioned artwork

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Because many of our products are handcrafted or one-of-a-kind, replacement items may not be available.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. When possible, we will gladly arrange an exchange or issue store credit if a replacement cannot be provided.

European Union Customers

If merchandise is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and documentation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.

As a result, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, grain, texture, pattern, size, or natural characteristics from the photographs shown on our website.

These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the beauty, authenticity, and individuality of handcrafted artwork and fine craftsmanship.
