Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Certain handcrafted, custom, or special-order items may require additional processing time. If an item requires additional time, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship using UPS, although we may occasionally use USPS or another carrier when appropriate.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
Please include photographs of any damaged packaging and merchandise so we can begin a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
