Many of our products are individually handcrafted or made from natural materials including gemstones, minerals, wood, antler, bone, legally sourced ivory, precious metals, fossils, and other natural materials.

Because of the unique nature of handcrafted artwork, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Variations in color, grain, texture, veining, size, weight, pattern, polishing, carving, and other natural characteristics are normal and should not be considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary due to lighting conditions, monitor settings, and the natural uniqueness of each handcrafted piece.

Certificates of Authenticity or supporting documentation may accompany certain artwork, jewelry, sculptures, fossils, or collectible items when applicable.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, limit quantities, or refuse sales at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by The Crazy Bear Company.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders involving pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, export restrictions, payment verification issues, or violations of applicable law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before submitting an order.

Orders that have already entered processing or shipment may not be cancelled.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

The Crazy Bear Company ships orders throughout the United States and to select international destinations where permitted by law.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, customs inspections, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International customers are responsible for complying with all import regulations and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges imposed by their country.
